Refunds
Due to the high cost of shipping furniture, it is not possible to offer refunds. We would be glad to work with you to resolve any problems. We know we offer a high quality product unlike any other and will gladly work with you to resolve any problems.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
